"We have used the Hotel Areca on numerous occasions and it's an absolute gem of a hotel. The staff are excellent, rooms are comfortable and the bar/restaurant offering is superb. Without doubt we always enjoy staying here."

"The hotel was lovely and the surroundings perfect with a swimming pool and beautiful sitting area. What did seem odd that there was no bar to relax in. One restaurant member told us we could not sit of an evening for drinks only and that we should go in to the bar of the restaurant itself? When checking out the very good receptionist told us that we should have been able to get drinks and sit outside on the ratten chairs that were available. So when we do visit the hotel again we are now aware of our positions as hotel guests. We otherwuse really enjoyed the hotel. Rooms where comfortable and the breakfast perfect and very much to our liking."

"Arriving at the hotel and greeted by Vincent so friendly and helpful. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and a bit old fashioned in the best way. Our room Was very spacious and immaculately clean. A taxi was called for us in the morning to take us to the airport a short drive away. Again thanks to the helpful,friendly and efficient staff"

"Great hotel, it was quiet when we went (end August) no problem with sun loungers, in fact some days it was empty when we got back from the beach/day out. Breakfast had good choices available. Staff were really friendly and helpful. You’ll need a car if heading away from hotel as it’s approx 20 mins from nearest beach. Misoro restaurant well worth a visit. Padel was free and 2 good courts. Definitely would go back again."

"Room was clean, amenities really good. Perfect venue. Kitchen was missing a few items however staff were amazing and whatever we needed was there in minutes. Like I say staff amazingly helpful and friendly. Perfect venue/area for families and couples."
