"The only good thing I can say is they give you a card for 3 free drinks per night, per person. Everything else wasn't good. Paid $150 for valet parking and they refused to park my vehicle. No bathroom on the main floor, you have to walk downstairs. The elevators are tiny. Our whole floor smelled like pot. Directions from employees were always wrong. The hallways looked like a hospital, not very inviting. They have free food, but it's disgusting."

"The location is very good for proximity to the Alamo, the Riverwalk, and the Alamodome is super close too. My room was small, clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed. The staff were all very helpful. You can buy muffins or breakfast sandwich type stuff for breakfast downstairs in the morning or get smoothies. It was an extensive offering as long as you don't have a wheat allergy or gluten allergy like I do. The staff were kind and pointed me to Schilo's a short walk away. I had a delicious dinner in the Crockett Tavern downstairs, so don't pass that up. The atmosphere and location were perfect after a long day or travel. I would definitely stay here again."

"After checking in somewhat late Thursday night, we walked up to a dirty room. Not just a little dirty, there were used cups, towels, a messy bed, and feces covering the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting and set a bad tone for the rest of the night/trip. I felt gross about everything I touched after that. They offered a $50 credit toward breakfast, but that feels so minimal for spending $200+ on a room and the $18 location fee to walk into a nasty room."
