Expansive Resort-like Ranch Compound on 16 Acres with Pool, Spa & Starlink!

Driftwood Retreat and Ranch is a unique rustic 16 acre ranch with three separate houses, The Main Ranch "Big House", Rock House, Log Cabin, a Game Room/Bunk house, a swimming pool and hot tub, enormous fire pit, and covered BBQ Pavilion. The houses and pool are nestled within 25 yards of each other and are located within the 4 acre landscaped compound. The rest of the ranch is undeveloped Hill Country heaven filled with native species of plants and animals such as Live Oak, fox, deer and armadillos.

The largest home being the 2,500 square foot "Big House", is a traditional two story home with a huge covered back deck with ample shade and a propane grill (propane provided). Inside the home is a spacious living area with wood burning fireplace, large sectional sofa, and flat screen TV. Off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and a dining area with seating for six. There is also four barstools around the island and a breakfast table that seats six. Also downstairs is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, a bonus room with a day bed plus ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. If any of your guests have mobility issues, this primary bedroom w ensuite bath would be best for them. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with two twin beds which can be connected to create a king and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. There's a full bathroom upstairs between the loft and the bedroom. Just steps away from the Big House is a Game Room with a set of bunk beds as well as a queen bed, a pool table which converts into ping pong and various board games. There is *Starlink* satellite wifi!

"The Rock House" is an adorable 800 square foot two bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, cottage. It has true country charm. There is a big open room that includes the living area with adorable pot-belly stove for keeping warm, dining area next to the full kitchen. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has two sets of twin beds. Just down the hall is a full bathroom. The shaded front porch is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee before getting the day started.

Just across the gated swimming pool and covered BBQ pavilion lies "The Log Cabin". This precious 450 square foot rustic cabin is every one's favorite. The cabin has a queen size bed, a fireplace, full bathroom with claw foot tub and walk in shower.

"Pool, BBQ Pavilion, Firepit" Nestled in the center of the three houses is the heart and soul of the ranch. The custom pool with limestone rockwork and waterfall is a perfect compliment to the hillcountry landscape and the 200 year old Live Oak which serves as its backdrop. A truly unique gem and perfect gathering place for multi-generational families to enjoy the adjacent covered BBQ Pavilion with a HUGE double-sided smoker pit plus a gas grill (propane included). There is an electric hot tub for your enjoyment tucked away under the enormous Live Oak right next to the pool.

You must contact us to add more than one dog to the reservation, if allowed. $25 per dog, per night. If pets are allowed, the charge for the first dog will be included in the total cost listed.

There is a video doorbell on the Big House front door.

After reservation is confirmed, we will confirm reservation details within 48 hours. A signed and initialed rental agreement (see attached) will be required within 14 days of reservation confirmation. If booking within 14 days of reservation confirmation then signed agreement needs to be provided within 48 hours. Property access such as gate and house codes will not be provided without a signed agreement.

The ranch is ideal for making memories with family and friends. Large events or parties with unregistered guests are not allowed. Only the guests listed on the signed rental agreement are allowed on property. Unless special written permission is granted, a maximum of 18 persons are allowed on property.
