Hotel JAL City Nagano

"I stayed at the JAL for 8 nights and was happy with the service. The location is great as it is a short walk to Zenkoji Temple, the Prefectural Museum and also to Nagano JR Station. Nagano was a fascinating city to visit and the JAL was situated in a good location for finding amenities such as shopping and food. I love to walk and I really enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although my room was rather crowded with 3 beds, it was kept clean and well stocked. My only complaint was that the breakfast for a Westerner was very limited and got predictable very quickly. The food was very good, presented well and tasted fine but after 8 breakfasts eating the same things I was ready for a change."

"温泉は最高です。何度も入浴しました。Wi-fiが弱く、あまり使えなかった感じでした。 二泊で部屋の清掃不要とさせてもらっていました。タオルセットは二つ準備されていたので問題ないと判断してしていましたが、散策から戻ると一つタオルセットと、バスタオルが回収されていました。これは正直やめてほしいと思いました。 です が、総合的には立地（湯畑へのアクセス）含めてエクセレントでした。ありがとうございました。"
