The property is in a very bad condition. The water park is so old, feels unsafe and the pools of the hotel and water park are the dirtiest that I have ever seen. The food’s quality and taste were terrible and if you’re not at the start of the food service, in some minutes everything will be finished. Terrible value for the money.

Servis personellerinin üstundeki tişörtler leş gibiydi,servis edilen yiyecek ve içecekler özensiz pis yerlerde servis ediliyordu. Otele giriş yaptık, bavulları taşıyan çocuk gayet kibar hoş sohbet etti, o da temizliğindeki bayan iyiydi, her istediğimizi yaptı ,sahile yakın barlardaki çalışanlar isteklerimizi kibarca karşıladı ancak tek olduğu için resmen içecek almak için kuyruğa girdik, ayrıca restoran bölümünde hijyen sıfırın altında 2 tane bez 3 gün boyunca çalışanların elinde hiç sıkılıp yıkanmamış kuru bir şekilde masaların üzerinde gezdi aç kalmamak için karnımızı doyurduk, 3 gün beyaz et çıktı sadece bir gün bir yemeğin içinde kırmızı et çıktı. Bir daha bu oteli tercih etmeyeceğimize eminiz .Otelin konumu çok iyi fakat bizce sahibi bu konumu hak etmiyor, işletme yönetim de sıkıntı var, denetim yok. Aquaparkta kay kayların yarısı çalışmıyor, fotograflarda göründüğü gibi de değil....

Otelin plajı ve oda temizliği hariç herşeyi çok kötü odalar çok eski yataklar rahat değil iki tek kişiliği birleştirip çift kişilik yapmışlar sürekli yatak ayrılıyordu. Oda kapısı tahta ve eskiydi kilitlenmiyordu. Güvenlik önlemleri sıfır. Otele sahilden birileri rahat rahat girip çıkabiliyorlar. Yemek menüleri tablot gibi çeşit yok. Odada minibar var içerisindeki su bile ücretli otelde kola ve fanta hariç herşey ücretli onlarıda sadece yemekte ikram ediyorlar. Ütü için 3 tane tişört verdim 1 gün sonra getirdiler o gün mağdur oldum. Yani verilen parayı hak etmiyor otel bir daha asla gitmem.

Vasat seviyede Fiyat/Performans Oteli

Tesis aile için fiyat/performans kalitesinde. Personelde yoğun bir iyi niyet ve çaba var. Akşam yemeklerinde bizi güler yüzü ile karşılayan Mihrace Hanım, servis personeli Esad Bey'e özel teşekkür ederim. Yemekler, aç bırakmıyor fakat özellikle küçük cocuklara hitap edecek ürünler de çok kısıtlı. Odaların düz ayak olması hoşumuza gitti. Akşamları otel ölü hale geliyor.

F/P açışından sınıfta kaldı

F/P olarak sınıfta kaldığını söyleyebilirim. Pool bar’da çalışan hanımefendi kokteyl nasıl yapılır bilmiyordu. En basit dünya klasiklerinden olan margaritayı bile bilmiyordu. Havuz kısmındaki yemek bölümünde donuk ürünler kullanılıyor. O şekilde bile kötüydü. Oda havuz ve aktiveler güzeldi. Denizine daha fazla ozenilebilir. Sabah kahvaltısı daha başarılı olabilir. Backround tarafı geliştirildiğinde kusadasında 1 numara olacağından hiç şüphem yok. Deniz manzaralı odamızı seçtiğimiz halde bizi havuz manzaralı odaya aldılar.

Ne mérite pas 5 étoiles , chambres sales, salle de bain moisissures, j’ai pris pension complet malgré cela on vous demande de payer par exemple bouteille d’eau ou une boisson, pas de sa king en dehors des heures de repas. Franchement il est pourri je reviendrai plus jamais

Das Schlafen war die ganze Nacht wegen Mücken nicht möglich. Auch wenn die Mücken von dem Raum entfernt wurden sind neue durch die Lüftungsschàchte gekommen.

L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique. MAIS , les services sont 0. Tout ce que vous demander , ils vous répondent qu’il n y a pas. Ils n’ont rien de ce qu ils marquent dans leurs menus ou services. Très très déçues de cette hôtel. De plus, pour notre dernier jour nous avons eu droit à une super odeur! ( la ville avait lâchée les canalisations dans l eau de la mer juste au niveau du restaurant de l hotel! ) Nous n’y retournerons pas!

5 yıldızlı olduğuna bakmayın bence otel değil büyük bir çay bahçesi. Yemekler aşırı vasattı. İlk gecemde restaruant görevlisiyle tartıştım. Çipura söyledik balığın içi pis geldi, kalamar söyledik donmuş market kalamarı geldi yanına kalamar tarator sosu yoktu sordum gidip bi kaba mayonez sıkıp getirmişler. Tüm keyfimin içine ettikler söylediğimiz rakıyı paket yapın odaya servis açın dedik. Paranızla alabileceğiniz en kötü hizmeti almak istiyorsanız deneyimleyin. Ayrıca otelin ortasından halka açık yol geçiyor. Tüm yazlıkçılar, sokak satıcıları saçma sapan tipler siz plajda güneşlenirken yanınızdan geçiyor. İyi yönlerine gelecek olursak odalar yeni, oda temizliği güzeldi. Bir de havuzun orda kahve barındaki arkadaş işinde iyiydi. Genel olarak kesinlikle gitmeyin. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
