"Location was good! No telephone in the room to communicate No water at all No cattle to boil water I think no clean system till check out"

"Our stay was okay but would not stay again. There was a constant bad odour from the bathrooms, under the beds were dusty, ants in the kitchen, shower screen needed cleaning. Perfect location and pool was the best part."

"Pillow was totally flat. Shampoo and Body Wash was not labelled."

"the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. "We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized."

"Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!"

"The location is convenient, it’s close to mall and other attraction"

"Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again."

"Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues."
