"Very clean hotel in an excellent location. Staff were very helpful."

"It is located right in the middle of Tainan old town, literally steps away from Chikan Tower and Tainan Grand Mazu Temple which are on the same street . Bus stops are at the door. Just 2 stops away from the train station. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom has bidet installed. "Fantastic hotel! Free bicycle is a great way to look around the city. I wish there was a shuttle to the Taiwan High-speed rail."

"Gerald was wonderful helping us with anything we needed while staying at Hotel Alishan. The whole staff was great :)"

"The lobby looks dark but the rooms were lovely and the staff was so helpful. Also very convenient for the train station. Close to convenience stores and restaurants."
