"The Hotel manager Bahtiyar went above and beyond to help us make us feel welcome and help with tour arrangements. He always greeted us with a smile and gives great restaurant recommendations! We also enjoyed the waterfall boat tour he suggested. He helped us secure bus tickets to Pumakkale and gave us several stellar side trip ideas for Selcuk/Ephesus/Izmir area.
