Theres a free to use onsen. Reception is at 12. Parking is really easy next door. I have no complaints. The room for 2 of us is spacious, clean and modern. Location is great also next to a mall. Definitely will stay here again

The staff we super helpful and the reception and room feel and nice and luxurious. Being Kumamoto it was super close all the major places you’d want to visit for shopping and food / drink.

We really liked the hotel and the staff. We didn’t require breakfast as we ate elsewhere. The Hotel was well positioned for the Castle and shopping plus an enormous choice of eating places. The only thing we didn’t like was the extremely poor standard of cleaning in the Onsen area. We really enjoyed the onsen, but the changing room floors were quite dirty with debris, lots of hair on the floor, used towels left around, used razors left in the onsen washing area plus the changing rooms. The sink area had lots of hair also. We saw the cleaning wasn’t being attended to regularly, this onsen is very busy and it needs cleaned regularly through opening times. We hope management inspect this area and take action to improve cleaning.

Lovely hotel. Great location and parking just next to hotel building. Staffs are pleasant and efficient! The only down side is the cleanliness of the spa area. On busy hours might need extra cleaning (hair on the floor in change room, guests wear slippers get in change area…etc)

The hotel rooms were reasonably clean and had adequate facilities, but the area around the public bath was poorly maintained (with a lot of visible mold). The public bath was open to non-hotel guests, making it extremely crowded at night!
