This rooms are becoming a little dated and on our most recent stay the carpet in our room clearly needed re-doing and it could have been a little cleaner overall, but we continue to stay here because it's a fantastic location with the monorail right outside, shopping malls and eating within walking distance, and one of the best breakfasts buffets in the world.

BTS is quite old and in need of renovation. Rooms have not been maintained, and we had to argue with staff to be moved to a renovated room due to my asthma. Breakfast Buffet is Vegetarian, the only proteins available is eggs, very underwhelming.

Perfect hotel for shopping

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very clean with friendly staff. We were upgraded to a premium room. Location is great too, connected to a shopping mall and also food was excellent. Only issue we had was the AC was noisy and stopped working on first day however this was fixed straight away. We will definitely come back again.
