"Arrived about 11am via Jetbus from KEF. Maria let me into my room right away. Breakfast finished but coffee & homemade rhubarb cake was available all day. Enjoyed it & had great sleep in my perfectly appointed cheerful single room. Breakfast next 2 days was delicious. Chose to spend 2nd day at Perlan including happy hour with 360 degree-view of Reykjavik.Third day went to Fly over Iceland & Lava Show."

"Did not come with a refrigerator and as you know in Iceland everything is expensive. We had some cheeses, prosciutto, han, milk and yogurt and had to toss it as this hotel did not come with this amenity. There was absolutely no view from our window and the hallways are very dark, which does kind of add to the appeal. I would recommend center hotels over this place any day."

"Good location for coming and going. Staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. All day coffee and tea is nice. Lots of recreation room to sit and socialize outside of your room. Laundry facilities were great to have as well. Contential breakfast was good and nice to start the day. Restaurants close by and grocery stores (netto) are close. All walking distance."

"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The facility is okay. However, if you are looking for a little bit more service particularly on-site - you won't get it here. Some very basic things you would take for granted in any Hotel apartment may not be here. We took three rooms and we were in town for a wedding. This is 2026. This facility does not have a pressing Iron - by default. Multiple dresses over 3 days to iron. Not even in a central place/room. We had to drive twice to other guest's facility 15 minutes away twice to secure Iron...

"This was a wonderful place to stay for a couple days to see Reykjavík! On site parking was great and even if it’s full there’s a lot just a few feet away. Fantastic breakfast buffet too. Sights and sounds of the city are all within walking distance."

"I didn't realize the bunk beds were on the ground or up and there was limited table space to put your stuff and to get changed or a small little chair but I appreciate the convenience and the price when I'm traveling I can always make do with the rest"

"Cute hotel, great location. Close to Bus Stop 9 which was easy for shuttle/tour pick ups. Very nice front desk staff Only small note is that there was no apparent A/C in the rooms, so if you run hot and you need to crack the window, if you're on a street facing room, you can have some noise pollution as well as cigarette smoke from street level. Bring a small fan if you're a warm sleeper like me! Wouldn't hesitate to return here"
