Fantastic vacation! From the moment I arrived the entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Misha and Calvin were wonderful to me the entire time I was there. Celine was top notch! She was professional, welcoming and friendly and could be seen at various times in different locations about the property. My housekeeper was Kayliana (not sure of spelling) and made sure I had everything I needed daily.
The property was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of chairs, cabanas and shade between the two property pools. The view was par-none and definitely one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean.
I was all inclusive and found enough dining options to satisfy my needs. The breakfast buffet was good and many choices. Coffee was okay but I preferred making my own in my room. Finding a meal is hard if you have off hours since the restaurants are only open at certain times.
My room was in the perfect location. It was quiet and I was never disturbed which is exactly what I was looking for. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy with wonderful pillows. Nice TV with plenty of channel selections. A/C worked well. Bathroom was satisfactory and comes with a basic hair dryer; not one of those wall things that is there to simply say they have! Plenty of towels except I had no wash clothes. The front desk quickly accommodated as well as housekeeping when I asked for. And that view from the 2nd story balcony is incredible.
The spa is a must visit!!
