We were welcomed on arrival. We advised the receptionist that we had an early tour on one day of the stay and she was able to offer a lunch bag because we would miss breakfast. This was much appreciated. The room was reasonably spacious with a clean bathroom and fresh linen. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided. Beds were a little firm, but this is a matter of taste. Breakfast had a large selection of well prepared food. The hotel is 10-15 walk from the old town and close to a train station. We had one major issue, that the air conditioner was unusable because doing so caused the unit outside to drip constantly on the glass roof of the basement floor, causing noise. The same also happened from units to other rooms and meant sleeping was difficult. This should be remedied.

Perfect choice close to Old Town

A 15 minute walk away from the Old Town or the Jewish Quarters. Parking. Excellent breakfast and very attentive staff in the breakfast room. Small downsides - no fridge and youth screaming very loud in the yard both nights. Will definitely come back.

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were there for 3 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was flawless. The staff were corteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could want or need to set you up for the day. We will only ever come back to this hotel when we come back to Kraków. Thank you 💗

The building is old and full of charm. I had a corner room with three big windows so lots of light. It is about 15 mins to walk to Old Town sights. Included breakfast was very good. They even gave me a to-go breakfast bag before my early morning flight. (I did not accept it as I would have to consume some of it before security and my hands were full, but I appreciated the gesture.) I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Great value hotel a few minutes walk to the key attractions and train station. Helpful staff, comfortable bed in relatively spacious room with good breakfast selection. Well maintained and clean. No complaints for the cost, would stay again.
