"Reception staff were excellent and the breakfast was great with a wide choice. some of the bathroom electrics & plumbing looked less professional. The stair balustrading by each lift has a very large gap that is dangerous for a child. Despite this we would stay here next time."

"I didn't even spend a full night here as I had a super early flight, but wanted a place to base myself for my one day and partial night in Bishkek. I was able to keep my luggage safely in the room and explore the city, then shower and get a few hours of sleep before my early departure, and the price was very reasonable for a comfy place to do that. The location is great for walking to Ala Too Square and other main tourist sites within the city center, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops not too far away. I left before breakfast, and did not try any other hotel amenities they may have offered, but for my needs, Shah Palace fit the bill perfectly."

"I truly loved staying at this hotel. The staff were what made it the best. They were incredibly helpful with setting up appointments, taxis, answering questions, etc. Also the spa was amazing (great massages and sauna!). Would highly recommend this place and stay here again."
Mountain View Hot Spring Resort

"We had a great experience at Mountain View Hot Springs. Everything was very clean, the food was good, and the service was excellent. I had the chance to stay both in a regular room and in one of the capsules, and both experiences were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always responsive whenever we had any questions. The price is definitely not cheap, but overall the quality of the stay and service was very good. What I especially enjoyed were the hot springs themselves and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. It’s a beautiful place to relax and recharge. Overall, a very positive experience. If you haven’t been to Mountain View Hot Springs, I definitely recommend visiting!"

"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it."
