"Everything was great. The staff were always helpful when needed. Room was larger than expected. Unique spaces. The property offers unique and cool visual points of interest. Choose the breakfast buffet over ala carte. We had dinner one night and it was excellent."

"Excellent location and hotel, but an awkward issue with undisclosed service fees We had a very pleasant stay at the Iron Gate Hotel & Suites. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Prague, making it very easy to walk to the main sights, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was excellent: comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and good quality. The only negative experience was at checkout. A service fee was added to our bill that had not been disclosed to us beforehand. We had to point this out and ask for it to be removed. The hotel did remove the charge, which we appreciated, but it was awkward that guests have to notice and challenge a fee that was not clearly disclosed. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it, but I hope management will make all charges completely transparent to guests in the future. That would make an otherwise excellent experience even better."

"The property is well located offers a variety of food for breakfast and has a friendly staff. The room is very small with limited space for walking or storage. The space between the bed and the wall is the width of a suitcase."
