Excellent location, right next to a mall and night market. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Chaweng beach is a 15 min walk. The only issue I had was the power would go off and then on. Even though it’s for a few seconds the issue is you have to reset everything. I was in building 3 so not sure if it only happened in this building. Either than that, no complaints

It's a basic room with a safe box and two bottles of water. No kettle for coffee or tea. The room has nice bed and strong pressure for shower. If you travel solo you get one key card so everything get shut off in the room. The location of the room can get confusing because there are three buildings and three floors. You room maybe in building number 3 on 2nd floor. You will need to familiar where your room is located from the reception which it is on the 3 rd floor building number 1. The place is next to the mall call Central Samui. You can easily get to the mall from the parking lot next door. You will need to use your key card to access the all the doors and elevator.
