  • One of the many local food stalls in the Chaweng walking street. This stall does not have a name but on their menu it says "Thai Food Thai Style" and is next to Samui Grilled Fish. We have tried different dishes from most of the food stalls and feel this one has the best quality, consistency, taste and price. They make a great Tom Khai Kai, Pad Se-eew Goong and Pad Thai(no tofu at it is dried out). Enjoy. #market

Great location for Chaweng / fabulous staff

Amazing friendly staff. Great location for Chaweng (not my vibe; too many clubs and over-priced tourist traps) near the mall and right on the main drag. Pool and beach had loungers and towels and service for coffee and cocktails. Room was large, perfectly clean and serviced everyday. My only complaint is the water doesn't get hot and the sink pressure was but a dribble. Could use some updating but no complaints for the price!

The access to the sea was most convenient. Don't forget your sandles, the paths can get very hot! The pools and surroundings are very nice. The planting of plants and trees gives a homely feel. Thoroughly enjoyed

The villa I stayed in was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. location wise it was brilliant, right next to the lovely beach and only a short walk to the local nightlife. I would definitely stay here again for the price.

Not a bad place. A bit tired and scruffy though. Staff are perfect. Lots of building work going on at the time I was there. I did book the cheapest room and you could tell. Old, damaged furniture and generally tired. But it wasn’t expensive. I wouldn’t go again but it wasn’t horrible.

Proximity to the beach was great and staff are so nice. Didn’t like warm beer,small bar,poor food in restaurant and the rooms need seriously updating,we paid over £1000 for a beach room supposed to have internet and tv but it didn’t,the front door was falling apart,the bed was saggy but big,the rail around the balcony was falling down and patio door don’t lock,needs money spending to bring upto standards,says 3 star but more like a 1 star accommodation.

Great location and super friendly staff. If you sleep longer than 9 in the morning there are quite a lot of noise from staff starting the cleaning etc but they are just doing their work, so who to blame.

Very good location - right in the middle of chaweng (a two minute walk to quality bars/restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc), and at the same time located on the beach - can easily walk barefoot onto the middle of chaweng beach. My room was fifteen metres from the sand. Good value for money. The real downside, the compromise, is that it’s not the best in terms of fixtures and fittings, decoration and cleanliness, and the surrounding site is in parts detelict. But they do seem to be working on and improving the property and the staff are always very helpful. So overall it’s a compromise I’ve been happy to make and shall stay again.
