"This is a great hotel property to stay at with a family. Has fun pools, and it’s right in front of a beach lagoon with tiny waves. Booking can sometimes be tricky, as you are renting someone else’s timeshare, beware of this and book early! We hope to continue to return to this property in Ko Olina."

"We checked-in after 4pm and the cleaning lady was still not done cleaning the unit. Enjoyed our stay at the Villa but we had unexpected guests..roaches! Yes, we understand it's Hawaii and roaches are inevitable. Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out is smooth and simple. Location is perfect and convenient access to the beach and restaurants. Love assigned parking and guest parking for when family visited. Aloha & Mahalo"

"Overall, our stay was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed the property. The home was beautiful, well maintained, and exceeded our expectations in many ways. We only have a few suggestions that we hope are helpful.The biggest issue for us was the beds. They were extremely firm and not very comfortable. The quality of the mattresses seemed out of step with the otherwise high-end accommodations.We also think it would be helpful to provide a few basic food storage items, such as resealable plastic bags and sandwich bags. Those are small conveniences that guests often appreciate during longer stays.Finally, we found it difficult to keep the house cool. The heat pump would not cool the home below 72F, which felt a bit warm during July. Adding a few more box fans or ceiling fans in the bedrooms—or some supplemental air conditioning—would make the home much more comfortable during the warmer months.Again, these are relatively minor suggestions. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. We offer this feedback simply because, if we owned a property of this quality, we would appreciate knowing about these opportunities to make an already outstanding guest experience even better."

"This was our second time staying at the Beach Villas (first time in this unit) and we had a great time. This unit is on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower, which is a little farther from the beach (vs the Beach Tower building) but not significantly, plus we still had an ocean view from the lanai (which also overlooks the lap/quiet pool). The Ocean Tower also houses the gym, so you get a lot of motivation to either workout in the gym or go swim laps while on vacation! We stayed here with our kids and it was perfect for our needs. Also really appreciated the beach gear (chairs, sand toys, wagon, cooler, snorkels, flippers, etc). Easy check in/out both with the front desk and in the unit itself. Great experience, mahalo!"

"Excellent location right on the beach. Lots of extra amenities that made our trip extra relaxing such as beach toys, chairs, and towels, cooler, baby items (high chair, etc), new washer and dryer, nice keurig coffee maker, and balcony with well manicured blooming trees."
