"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"We greatly enjoyed the accommodation. It was well maintained, clean. The shower and bathroom were excellent. The only complaint was that Wi-Fi didn't work upstairs. The grocery store on the first level was quite convenient. Having your own parking spot in the underground garage was a plus. You are in a short walking distance to two lifts."

"Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, alles fußnah zu erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. Eine Entspannungsplaylist wäre hier besser. Ebenso hätte ich...
