"Stay was better than expected. Property undergoing upgrades and has made vast improvements. Room was clean and recently remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area seemed well maintained and freshly stocked with towels. The price we paid was a great value for the quality of the stay"

"Good breakfast. Staff, especially the blonde older lady who was very helpful about waffle instruction and refilling any item that needed attention, was exceptional! The front reception folks were terrific too! The room was a bit outdated but clean, so the entire stay was well worth the very affordable nightly cost. The location was easy to find and right across the street from Dollar Tree where we went to get snacks!"

"Queen bed with 1 pillow, 1 sheet, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth. No mattress pad, no cups, no ice bucket, no fresh towels or trash pickup/room refresh after 5 nights. Our 1st room had a broken refrigerator with mold in it. The remote for the TV didn’t work. No elevator to get to 3rd floor rooms. Breakfast included coffee and powdered creamer, toast, toaster waffles, OJ, 2 kinds of boxed cereal. No eggs, no pastries, no fruit, no yogurt. Carpet dirty and was not vacuumed during our 5-day stay. The same pet hair and debris was on the hallway rug when we checked in and when we checked out.The grounds haven’t had any maintenance in years-weeds, leaves, dead plants. One exit door only worked to exit, not enter. Cheap rates, nice staff but owners interests are non-existent. We renamed hotel Pooper 8."
