Well worth the short detour off the Golden Circle to þórufoss waterfall... The dawn sky makes it even more beautiful, and the bonus is that, at Christmas time dawn is 11:30am :-)

This beautiful waterfall is a hard climb but so worth the beauty at the top. Biggest tip i can advise is always bring some water and snacks because the elevation is high and the lack of civilization makes it difficult to get more water. #LifeAtExpediagroup
