Over all our stay was amazing. The location is great and close to everything. It was a bit rainy a few days but there was plenty to do at the house. The views were amazing from both the front and back of the house and I loved that there were decks on each level. We enjoyed the sunrise from the back deck and sunsets from the front deck and we even saw a double rainbow! There was a bit of a mix up when I went to the office to pick up my keys but they fixed everything right away and made everything right! The staff was really good a communicating and answering all of my questions during my booking process. Definitely thinking of booking with them again next year! :)

Overall description was accurate. House was very clean. House is right on a golf course. Had a ball land 3 feet away from our vehicle. Neighbors were nice. They love to play pickleball everyday. No complaints with staying here. Would stay here again.

Great house, especially for small children. Poor management company, so read all documents thoroughly. Be prepared to rent your linens separately from the price and to make your own beds and clean the house yourself. These parts are not very vacation-like. There is some road noise from being next to a busy highway, but it is not overwhelming. You can see the ocean from the upper deck.

Very nice house.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Walked to the beach a few days since the guys were playing golf. We all enjoyed the place.

Nice week!

Our stay was overall great. There were Some cleanliness issues upon arrival.. which I understand with a large beach house. Mostly dog hair, stains on furniture (older) Crumbs and bugs on stairs. Some trash out by pool. We cleaned some and called back to office and they came back. The refrigerator door is broken and if you do not know it, your food inside will not stay cold. We were able to rig the door to close for us for the week. Also, the outdoor speakers do not work and need replaced, per maintenance. Overall, the state was and the management was very kind and supportive. The house was great for our family with A young child, middle and teen

Loved It

The house was REALLY people, toddler & dog friendly! It was spacious, lovely and super comfortable. Best kitchen & utensils of any place we've rented. Most thorough guest manual that often was referenced. Really grateful for all the switches being marked. A storm was just blowing out when we arrived & had created a mess in the back yard. Except for a multi-day fiasco cleaning the pool, the yard was quickly put to rights. Best jacuzzi I've ever used! We hope to return.

Great Place

Great house and location with all the amenities needed. The only thing that could have made it better was to vacuum prior to arriving. Other than that, the place was great. Thank you.

Satisfying stay

The property was great had all the featured amenities. Supported our families needs. Only cons..were the cleanliness first appears clean but once sitting down you could see dog hair and sand in the furniture. Also, the outdoor pool furniture was very weathered and cracked when I set on it. Overall it was a good property and would stay again.

Beautiful views

The home was exactly as pictured. The views were even better. For the price and when we went it was perfect for us. There were some negatives, unsure if the home was actually cleaned by cleaners, there were numerous stains to furniture and carpets (to be expected with a dog friendly place), and you have to drive to the beach with limited parking. Some other small details but nothing too drastic. The property manager had said there weren’t beach chairs but there were some there when we arrived. That was an added bonus! The hot tub and pool were fantastic. My one year old also loves the sand and play set at the house. There are two charcoal grills which were nice to have!

Great 4th of July week...went way too fast!

House was as expected/described. Great views off the back balcony for several different fireworks along the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Beds were all very comfortable and so was the furniture. Large dining table with lazy susan in middle was a nice touch for a large group! Some of the plastic pool chairs were cracked in different places. Showers not meant for taller folks as you can bump your head upon entering and the nozzles are a little low.

Great House

House was perfect. Pool and hot tub were great. Views are spectacular (one of highest locations on the island) Really loved this place. Been renting in kitty hawk for 10 yrs. Best place yet

Really nice place especially for dogs

This place pretty much had it all including a fenced-in yard for dogs to run free, hot tub, pool and backyard games. Very spacious house and excellent video electronics and sound systems that reached throughout the house. Foosball table a little junior grade and you had to cross a main road to get to the beach but no problem parking for the time we were there (mid-May). Would recommend staying at Fore Sea Suns for beach fun.

nice house

House is very nice inside & out. We loved it! Location is close to main road so is noisy though. No highchair or beach chairs, however, lots of water & beach toys. The cleaning people didn't do that great of job.

Relaxing with amazing views

Overall this was a nice property to stay at. I know some people complained about the noise from the highway, but it’s honestly not bad. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The overall deck area is really nice. The house has amazing views of the ocean from one side, and the golf course from the other.

Great getaway!

The house is clean, well stocked and close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The rental company was great, we had no issues and the place was ready for early check in. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kiddos as well as our dog. The pool and hot tub were great to really tire the kids out after the beach. My only complaints are the distance to the beach, walking isn’t an option due to having to cross a VERY busy highway (but I’ll take that responsibility for not looking at the map closer prior to booking) and it’s located right on the green of a golf course… fortunately none of our cars were damaged and snagged plenty of golf balls from the driveway as souvenirs.

Relaxation stay

The property was very well decorated. There were four of us and our dog and it was very spacious. The property could use a deep cleaning as there was a lot of dog hair on the blankets and pillows. It would be nice if they had a Keurig machine and margarita/ champagne glasses. The pool and whirl pool were wonderful. Overall it was a wonderful week.

Great Place to stay in the OBX

What a location, right on SeaScapes golf course (hole 11) and minutes away from the beach! Upstairs has a terrific view of the golf course from one side of the home and the ocean from the other. Definitely reccomend!

OBX Kitty Hawk

House had very nice supplies in the kitchen, top notch and cleanly stored. Beds were comfy and house was decorated nicely. Pool and Hot Tub were great. Having porches on East and West of house was very nice for having views in shade as it was very hot. Was not aware of how close the 11th hole of the golf course was to the house. Received many golf balls on decks and by our cars. One of our cars was hit twice and left dents. On East (Hwy.) side of the house...much car noise. House was not as clean as described by other guests. Furniture was dusty , top floor smelled like greasy food (Seems it may have been spilled on carpet going up the stairs) and glass doors were not cleaned from previous guests. Dog nose prints very visible. . Reviews were accurate about beach access. Best to drive and park in public beach parking spots. Plenty in neighborhood across the highway. Highway very busy and difficult to cross by foot. Be aware that the house is on a one way drive. Enter by the Caldwell Bank and exit other side. Was tricky the first night in the dark. We called on Monday to have a shower drain cleaned out and it was never done while there and no call from house managers to follow up. Overall the house was nice. Much that the owner could not have control over. Maybe sign of the times with little staff to clean and do maintenance.

Backyard Paradise

We had a great stay at this house! The backyard was the main draw in us picking the property and it did not disappoint. Beach was a little challenging to walk to due to the highway, but driving over and parking on the side streets was easy enough. Overall, house was exactly what we were looking for!
