"We had a great extended weekend getaway! Staff friendly and helpful. Amenities were top notch! Beds super comfy, and convenient beach access. The only downside was that part A (we were in B) had a small child, and we could hear them throwing tantrums due to the thin connecting door between the two. Did not ruin our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed here with our extended family (including two kids), and this property exceeded all our expectations. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a cozy coastal feel, and had an incredible layout that gave everyone enough space to relax.The location couldn't be better, just a short, easy walk to the gorgeous beach, which made hauling kids and gear a breeze. We especially loved the outdoor patio area for morning coffee, and the bonus beach chairs, equipment, and toys provided by the host. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was completely hassle-free. If you are looking for a comfortable, perfectly located home-away-from-home for your family vacation, look no further."

"This house was phenomenal! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Loved it! The location was great! Very easy walk to the beach to get sun, surf and see dolphins swim by. Short walk to Art's Place for a delicious breakfast. Loved the pool! Beautiful yard. Well stocked with everything (six blenders!). Boys loved the tiki bar upstairs with TV's, sound system, bar and ice maker (even a dishwasher up there!) It was a really great house and location! I will definitely be getting it for next year!"

"We have our own rental property on the Outer Banks, so you can imagine we are quite picky. This house is great and screams "Beach Vacation!". Easy access to the beach. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed and easy for our crowd to move around in, while others chatted or watched TV in the great room.The beds and the bedrooms were great. The bathrooms spacious and clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the elevator was a great help when loading in and out.If we have need again, we will certainly come back!"

"We stayed at "Our Happy Place" for our annual family vacation. The house was as listed and everything that we needed was available. We did communicate a couple of concerns upon arrival that were partially addressed by the owner. They have done a good job on the upkeep of the property."
