"We stayed only one night at this hotel, but it was a good stay. The location was very central to Tokyo Station - not too far of a walk, and in a very quiet location. The staff were accommodating in holding our luggage until checkin, however, we did struggle with communication even with using a translator app. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. "
