"The check-in was efficient by machine. But because of this there is no information given about the room or breakfast, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Breakfast involves going outside around a walkway on the 2nd floor to the eaterie across the building and presenting the voucher to gain access to the buffet (which is also open to the public). The food was good however, with quite a lot of choice. The room was quite spacious with separate toilet and bathroom. The sink was in the bedroom itself. The hotel location is really close to the NW exit from Yokohama station, so it was easy to get to with suitcases. There are many restaurants and bars in the local area, but also quick trains to the harbour abd Chinatown."

"Very convenient to the station and there is a nice mall connected to the property. 7-Eleven is also on site. Not as good of a selection but very convenient. I liked staying away from busy Yokohama Station and the price was decent for the time of year. Lots of restaurants conveniently located at the station and hotel."

"This Hotel is nothing short of amazing! The reception staff were a pure delight, so helpful courteous and kind, the room will be the talking point of our whole stay in Japan, for the money we paid we have never stayed in a hotel room with so many facilities anywhere in the world! We highly recommend this hotel and its easy transport links into Tokyo, congratulations to the staff & management for giving us a memorable stay, we will definitely be back in the future!"
