Staff extremely helpful, friendly knowledgeable and make you feel extremely welcome. Particular mention to Susan who was extremely helpful and attentive made us feel very welcome! "Geweldige mooie “cottage”, van alle gemakken voorzien (zelfs Netflix en Prime…). Goeie communicatie en checkin door Marixeni, die haar best doet alles naar de zin te maken (zoals boodschappenpakketje voor de eerste ochtend, top). Verder hoefde ze niets te doen want alles was schoon, werkend en compleet (zelfs Netflix en Prime…). Zwembad was ook schoon en top! Ligging is verder prima: mooi uitzicht over Pyrgos (10 minuutjes lopen en je zit onder de plataan)."

The managers were always contactable for any reservations, car transfers, small problems in the villa, etc. We booked a chef for a couple of meals and also had massage therapists come in for a spa day. "Quite possibly the best resort i've ever stayed at. The location is perfect for relaxing and partying alike. The staff were all amazing, friendly and always helpful. The variety and calibre of the different pools at the property was unreal, as were the dining options at the different restaurants/bars/beach. The room-service menu was also amazing and had everything from $5 gyros up to lobster and cocktails on the menu, meaning you can simply recharge and head out again or have a legitimately great fine-dining experience at your outdoor table. Even the massage at the spa was one of the best i've had. Literally can't fault anything about our stay here. 100% recommend."
