The room I was given a room no one had been in for months. There Spider webs the towels smelled. Furniture needed to be dusted. I had to clean and refresh the room. I am glad I drove so I had cleaning products in my truck. Light bulb missing. I had to walk to the front desk to tell them because the phone did not work in the room. They never fixed the phone. When the young lady brought me the light bulb she tells me the she been calling me to come get the light bulb but I was not answering. I said to her I told you the phone did not work in the room. Every door on the 4th floor need to be painted professionally or replace. Carpet need to be shampoo in the hall and in the room. Stains in the chairs. When I checked in I had to take all my pillow cases to the front desk and as for clean ones. They had stains. The breakfast was too dry to early in the morning. I am a Hilton member and was very disappointed. I stay at Hilton more when I travel. Embassy Suites is my favorite but I choose the Hampton Inn. This past weekend My family stayed at the Marriott I stay at Hampton Inn very disappointed. Thank you.
