"The management and staff is extremely helpful. Room was clean and Comfortable."

"Staff on reception were really helpful. Room smelled nice on entry and was spotless. Beds were comfy. Shower pressure and temp were great. Toiletries were a bit lacking - tiny bottles and dispensing from them was difficult. Breakfast was varied which was good but the area is cramped and when busy, difficult to navigate. Would stay again."

"When we checked in the property, their room key machine has problem and not able to provide the room key right away. We went out for dinner and come back and room is finally avaiable. Breakfast is ok, the server is helpful. The facuet for the washroom is leaking when turn on, always make a ouddle when use."

"Small motel run by the proprietor. It is a great place to crash. I don't think it would be great for a longer stay with kids as there is no pool or playground. Definitely will stay next time traveling through Bend."

"Dog friendly and clean!"

"Very nice"

"Très propre et confortable pour un séjour de 2 nuits. Du calme et surtout des gens très serviables. Une laverie très utile. Et un mini golf et une piscine qui ont ravi les enfants pendant cette pause enchantée."

"Easy check-in with super friendly and helpful staff! The pool and jacuzzi did not disappoint, we enjoyed them both. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had! We stayed two nights, both mornings offered a different choice, with some staple items. Close to lots of tourist places."

"Für die Durchreise ein geeignetes Hotel! Es war sauber aber doch schon sehr abgewohnt! Frühstück ist inclusive, was in den USA nicht selbstverständlich ist!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel itself is very old and run down. The furniture is very worn and the bed wasT very uncomfortable. We got a suite so that we could watch TV in a room without the bed but the TV, which was very small, was in the bedroom. We have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Express locations, and none were arranged like this."

"Hôtel pourri et mal vieilli, chambre pas propre (distributeur décroché du mur), et personnel qui n'apprécie pas qu'on le fasse remarquer. A éviter"
