This place is absolutely horrendous. Upon walking in, the first thing I see is a cockroach walking in the floor. Further inspection of the room we found mold in the fridge, rusty appliances, stained sheets, and just an overall DIRTY facility. We were told we could not switch rooms by David at the front desk until the manager arrived in the morning after we saw the ROACHES. Then after finding mold, my CHILD WITH ASTHMA was expected to stay in that room?! Insanity. Never an offer to take the moldy fridge out, to clean the room, nothing. We finally were switched to a cleaner room and then of course, you guessed it! Still roaches crawling around. As if this wasn’t bad enough, my family and I experienced harassment by a drunk man at the pool with our children and another families child. The front desk girl said she would “get her dad” who I am assuming to be management. He showed up after THREE complaints were made and another woman at the pool went for help. After all of these events, I wanted something done for the absolute WASTE and ruins of my families vacation and the manager said he could only refund $100. Well, this was never done. My receipt did not reflect that when we checked out, I of course complained AGAIN and was met once again with “the manger isn’t here”. Myself and Expedia both have been trying to get this resolved since the night of check in. After one final go with expedias help, I’m told I will be refunded $200. Let’s hope I see it!!!! This was terrible.
