This south side maui condo is in a perfect location. You could easily walk to everything. It's next to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, a live music forum, scuba rental, arts and craft shops too. Our beach across the street is great for snorkeling, paddle boarding, watching turtles searching for coral, watching whales breach, enjoying sunsets and picnics. Most condos being about than 700 square ft, this one is almost 1000 sq//ft with vaulted ceilings making it feel more like a home. Inside the home is decorated with leather seating, air conditioning through out (not just in one room). Spacious Lanai/Deck for outdoor privacy, stocked kitchen with coffee maker, dishes. Most condos make you run to the store for shampoo, TP, trash bags, soap but we got you covered with that too! Outdoor barbecue and pool for when you want to make new friends or be a bit more social. Location, Kihei Garden Estates.

Family Getaway

Great location and accommodations for family. Centrally located within walking distance of beach, grocery store and shops. We enjoyed moderate temperatures and turtles on beach at night. Condo was fully equipped and staff responded well to couple of requests for assistance.

BEWARE!

We checked into the property and the check in process was very easy. Once we got inside there was a horrible musty, moldy smell. We assumed it just needed to be aired out. We left the windows open and tried to create a cross breeze for a few hours. The smell however didn’t improve. We turned on the ac which was very poor in handling the temperature and it was horribly hot. The next day within less than 24 hours we contacted the owner. She said she was aware of the smell and that happens when the ac unit is serviced. She said she sprays Lysol in it to help, however with young children that seems very unsafe. She said there was a leak and maybe there was water that got into the wood. She offered to refund our stay and we could find somewhere else. We contacted her and she wouldn’t answer her phone. She then sent us a refund for only part of the amount we paid of the total 8 days we had paid, and we still had to find a place last minute that was suitable. VRBO assured us this would be handled once they send owner a message. We have not yet heard back. We had to uproot our family and waste an entire day trying to find a new place, The smell again was absolutely horrific and I never have an an issue like this. Very dissatisfied! It appears that the listing has been removed for the next 6 weeks, so clearly this the issues admitted by owner were founded.

Family Friendly

Property in a good location, away from main drag of S Kihei road. Pool and facilities clean and quiet. The condo was clean and in a great location. I thought the child bed would be a bit more sturdy but worked fine. Beach is great for walking and looking for creatures, not as great for swimming as other Kihei beaches. Host was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to others!

Amazing condo

This was my first go at a family vacation rental and Christine made it so easy. Communication was amazing, not to mention the cute condo that had everything we needed and more. Kihei has a lot to see and do and this condo is in a prime location for all of it. We loved our stay and hope to go back sooner than later.

Massage chair was the highlight... :)

Very clean property with everything we needed. Pool/hot tub/grilling area super close and convenient to condo. Kihei is such a fun area. Highly recommend Kihei Cafe. Get there early, there is always a line to get in. There is a beautiful public park at the beach right across the street from the cafe. Condo is convenient and walking distance to most anything you could want: grocery stores, shops, restaurants. There were a decent amount of ants in the kitchen but I'm assuming that is normal for the area. Host provided eco friendly ant spray to spray counters and kitchen area. No big deal. We were just careful to keep most food in the fridge and chips/bread etc. well sealed. It was HOT inside the unit when we arrived. Probably 95 degrees and I didn't see the Mitsubishi air conditioner at first so I was a little worried. Lol. Once turned on the unit cooled down in couple hours. Separate window unit in bedroom was nice as we could turn the temp up on the whole house unit as to not waste energy and still sleep comfortably. Would stay again and recommend. 5 stars!

Great place to stay, short walk to beach sunsets

The condo was perfect for the three of us! Very clean, easy to access, great communication with owner! One of the beautiful beaches is just about a block away, and the sunset is beautiful there! Close to necessities such as a grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants. It was everything we needed!

PERFECT Location!

This lovely home is perfectly situated with 2 minute walk to the beach, grocery store and TONS of excellent restaurants and eateries. We tried almost all of the food places in the Azeka Market and they were all really good! If you are looking for a place to make a home base that has something for everyone- this is it! You are walking distance to anything and everything you could need. Parking was easy, laundry facilities nice. FYI the grocery store will only give you $3.00 in quarters, which is enough to do 1 load, wash and dry. 30 min wash and 45 min dry.

Great location

Great time in Kihei!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo!! Close to the pool and the ocean. Condo had plenty of room for five and lots of amenities. Grocery store close by which was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

The unit is very good location and very professionally organized.

The owner was very kind, responsive, and flexible. Their unit was professionally cleaned and organized. We felt very welcomed the moment we came through the door. The unit was decorated beautifully. There was a grocery store nearby and a beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Kihei Condo!

We loved the condo! Had everything we needed! Was comfortable, air conditioning worked great, beach gear was nice to have at the ready, especially with the beach just a short walk from the condo! Pool and hot tub were very clean and nice! Massage chair was nice to have! The lanai was also wonderful to start and end the day! I like that is was shaded, pretty private, nicely decorated and comfy! Left my brand new prescription sunglasses in the rental car in Oahu, and Christine and Sherri graciously helped me have them sent to Sherri so I had them while on Maui! Really appreciate the help! We will be back! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us! Mahalo!

Slice if paradise

This property is really perfect. Its close to amenities, the facility is great, and the host was friendly and helpful. This was our third time to Maui, and this home was definitely the best location we’ve had so far as it’s close enough to everything, so you don’t feel like you’re spending a large chunk of your vacation driving in the car.

Great location

Perfect base for a Maui active vacation. Close to many activities, diving snorkeling, kihei downtown. The close beach across the street isn't great for snorkeling, but nice beach to relax and see turtles, cool off, and watch the sunset. The pool, hot tub, grill are nice to relax at the end of the day. The condo was perfect, plenty of room for 4-5, and had plenty of amenities to eat in, beach items such as body boards, umbrella, a couple chairs, and a cooler. Nice outdoor areas as well. Great vacation rental!

This property was amazing! Close to the beach, and FULLY furnished. I definitely had wished we had went to the condo before shopping. It had just about everything. The only things it didn't have, that I would suggest is more showering towels per person. 1 towel person for 8 days was a little rough (and we actually didn't have enough for our son). Also I would suggest a broom. Even with rinsing off and taking shoes off the sand accumulates, so it would've been nice to be able to sweep it up. There were also extra pillows in the closet with no extra pillowcases. Other than that the condo eas great!! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

Kihei garden estates is the perfect location. Our family owns a condo here so we wanted to be close together. This condo was perfect! It was spacious, well stocked, AC works great, and beds were comfortable too. Highly recommend this condo.

Excellent Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Maui. My family really loved the central location, the openness of the condo and the massage chair! Jennifer was very helpful and accommodating and wanted to make sure our needs were met. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the beach is very close by as well as other amenities. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Maui.
