There are usually locals from the Kihei and Maui Canoe Clubs out paddling canoes in the mornings, they keep their boats right next door to Kealia! You can take a closer look at the canoes as you walk by on the beach.

And for golfers, the owner is a member of King Kamehameha Golf Club and can arrange for you to golf on this private course for an affordable guest fee. Just contact the owner to make arrangements.
