This was a great house for our entire family to stay together. The house was close to the slopes and town.

Spacious kitchen and room sizes, walking distance to the village and nice big hot tub. The place could use a little TLC and a few more basic amenities for the price you pay.

GREAT place, good location, loved the hot tub

We had a great stay! Maybe some way to make it not as slippery/ice for hot tub but hey it is Colorado in the Winter!

NBS Summit 2025

Great location, bus stop at top of the street takes you to River Run and Mountain House. Was grateful for the hot tub at the end of a long ski day. Living arrangements were spacious and comfortable.

Great place and location

This property was great. It was clean, had great amenitities, and plenty of space for our family. It was within a few minutes of the resort for easy access as well. Only downside was the ice build up on the deck with the hot tub, but I would still highly recommend this place.

The Perfect Mountain Refuge

What a lovely home in Keystone!! So well appointed and furnished. We all enjoyed the cozy fireplace and warm hot tub! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!! Great location too, close to River Run !!

Great home away from home!

We had a lovely time at this home! Great location that gave us the opportunity to experience different ski hills in our week in Colorado. Lots of room for two kids and three adults, great amenities, wifi was good, nice walk to Keystone. We for sure will rebook this home again because it was perfect for us 😊.

Loved the house

Incredible location and beautiful house. The ice cicle above the back patio door was scary and a hazard but made the experience of staying in a winter wonderland much more exciting. Worth every dollar

Great home for a larger group!

We had 3 families get together and this home was perfect. Lots of space and places to sleep, large private hot tub on the back deck, wonderful large table and grill on the front deck, large dining room table for games and meals! Kitchen was pretty well equiped, we were able to cook dinner for our group every night. Even saw moose outside the back deck 3 times during our 5 day stay! Highly recommend!

Spring skiing spectacular

This townhome worked perfectly for our family. The hot tub was enjoyed each evening after a fantastic day (3 days) at A-Basin. We had a bit of issue with ice on the hot tub deck, but the property manager was responsive. Hot pads and pot holders would have been helpful, but we made it work otherwise. All in all, a great stay!! Thank you.

The house was very nice. The location to the ski hill was great for our family. There was plenty of space for all. It was nice to have the hot tub and the views were incredible. Having the garage was also a bonus.The management company (Vacasa) was terrible. Communication with them was poor, the house was not very clean, the carpet was filthy on the steps and not vacuumed elsewhere, the oven didn't work properly the entire time we were there and they didn't replace it until the very last day of our 14 day stay. We didn't have enough towels (not even one per person) and they didn't bring more towels for four days. The couch was broken, the trash drawer was broken, the garbage disposal didn't work, the internet was spotty, and we had to clean the kitchen when we got there. We repeatedly reached out to Vacasa and had very delayed help. We are working to resolve our issues with them still two weeks post stay.

Great Location- Great Place

The townhouse is up to date, lots of room and in a great location. Cooler weather in the mountains and a hot tub on the back deck to enjoy. Colorado is an absolutely beautiful place to visit in the Summer! We celebrated a wedding, went ATV riding in the mountains, whitewater rafting, and hiking. Places we visited during our stay were Dillon Lake, Lovelands Pass, Breckinridge (Continental Divide and Falls). So many things to do and lots of nearby shopping stores as well. The townhouse accommodates up to 12 people comfortably.

Other than lots of dust on ceiling fans and floors, it was clean. Needed more trash bags.

Great condo for ski vacation

We loved this condo for our recent ski vacation with three families of 11 total people. The living/dining area was very spacious and the hot tub was a great hit! Close to the shuttle stop or just put on your skis and coast/glide (a little effort is involved) to the River Run gondola. Ride the shuttle back to the Outback stop and step into your skis and coast easily up to the garage door! Could use a few more pots and pans for cooking large meals but we were able to feed everyone 2 meals a day with no issues. Really thankful for the electric griddle for pancakes each morning. Great stay, reasonable price and easy check-in/out!
