The lady who checked us in was super rude. I asked to add my Bonvoy number to our reservation and she told me it didn’t matter if it was on file, or not because we booked through Expedia. I’m not sure why that mattered. It ended up being on file already, but I guess there are no benefits to being a Bonvoy Gold status at this hotel. We interacted with a couple other staff members that were great after check in, but the first impression was not a good one. We have stayed at several other Marriott properties across the country and they have always been friendly and accommodating, so this was a first.
