This 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse offers over 2,600 sq. ft. of space — roomy enough for comfort, yet cozy enough for connection. Here, you’ll find a home that’s easy to settle into: relax on the sofa for a movie night, share family meals, or enjoy coffee on the balcony with the breeze. Everything is designed to feel welcoming, comfortable, and stress-free.

Master Suite – 1 King bed

Bedroom 2 – 2 Queen beds

Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 4 – 1 Full bed

Extra – 1 Sofa bed

Additional Home Features:

- Fully equipped kitchen + additional kitchenette

- Three furnished balconies with views of Key Largo hammocks and tropical landscaping

- Everyday essentials included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, dish pods, garbage bags, and more — so you can pack light and feel at home

- Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (includes all adults and children over age 1 — strict HOA policy)

Sea La Vie isn’t managed by a company — it’s my own home, and I personally make sure it’s clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for every guest. I’m always just a quick message away if you need me, and I take pride in the details that make your stay easy and enjoyable.

- Two pools: lagoon-style by the ocean & marina-view

- Jacuzzis

- Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts (indoor pickleball court available; HOA fee applies)

- BBQ stations, fitness center, and recreation room

- Full-service marina for vessels up to 60 feet (slip reservations made directly with marina)

Hassle-Free Check-In:

Your resort fee is already included in your booking total — no separate payments, no arrival-day errands. Some owners require guests to bring a check or money order at arrival, but we handle it for you. We pay the HOA directly so your vacation starts the moment you arrive.

Parking & Policies:

Limit: 2 vehicles per reservation

3rd vehicle allowed only with valid handicap placard/license plate & pre-registration

No outside visitors permitted; only registered guests may access the community and home

Security cameras on-site, including a Ring doorbell

Government-issued ID required for guest verification

No smoking / No pets (due to highly allergic owners and guests)

Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR

Short-term rental agreement must be completed and returned before arrival (names and ages of all guests required for security access)

Reservation must reflect the actual number of guests in your party. Maximum occupancy is 10, including children over age 1.
