Overall a very nice stay. We would have liked daily house keeping and overall more friendly staffing. All staff where doing what was needed but not all of them with heart behind the service. We also did not enjoy the comfort of the bed and pillows. The rooms and the resort are beautiful though and the atmosphere was fabulous. The pool is nice however daily cleaning of it would make it nicer. It seemed to need a shocking. The food was satisfactory to good however unlimited fresh water beverages bottled I feel would make the stay better. Something good or water wise did not always settle with us. Overall a nice stay. The Keys are a great area to travel and the sunsets are amazing. I rate it 3.5 out of 5.

The rooms were large and clean. The pillows were not great, they definitely need a comfort upgrade. The food on property was good. The breakfast was great! Lots of kids everywhere which made it hard to enjoy the pool. The beach was great and the bay was so nice. The majority of the staff was really nice. Ensure to check which package you booked with the front desk as they were hesitant to give us the breakfast package we paid for. I had to verify my package with them by showing them my trip confirmation email and they had to take a picture of my email for proof. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

If you are looking for a medium sized resort with all the amenities of a big resort this is the place. Super friendly staff, great pool and beach. We only ate at one of the restaurants but the food was excellent. We’ll be back for sure.

The resort is very relaxing and beautiful. The welcome mojito set the vibe. We traveled with our 10 month old infant who had a wonderful time in the pool and beach. The rooms were large and clean. Requested a first floor patio and was assigned one. It really helped not having to do an elevator with our stroller, and having easy access to the pool

Generally a good spot. Only issues we encountered were that, while the food and service was quite good at the breakfast restaurant, the administrative process of getting to a table (with many tables available) was really very inefficient and causing everyone quite a bit of frustration. The other issue was a very large number of little kids in the only pool at all times. Don’t get me wrong- kids are great, but you know what ends up in the pool with all those little kids…. A separate pool would’ve been great. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Pool had tree debris every day. Could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Suggest you look at expenses that are not disclosed when booking with Expedia. Resort fees added up quickly that were charged after check in. Room was not what we reserved on Expedia site.
