The Neighborhood:
The property is ideally situated near the renowned John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (mile marker 102.5), a premier snorkeling destination in the continental US, just a short drive away. Enjoy the turquoise waters and vibrant marine life. For dining and entertainment, head to Gilbert's Resort & Tiki Bar at Mile Marker 108 (approximately a 3-mile drive), offering live music, signature drinks, and delicious seafood. Explore the local scene further with Shipwrecks Bar & Grill and Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill, both within a short distance, offering fantastic food and a relaxed atmosphere. You'll find boat rentals and tours readily available to explore the surrounding waters, or simply relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets.

Important Information: Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
Please note, while we offer boat dock space, vessels up to 60 feet can be accommodated by request. Guests must inform us beforehand if they plan to bringing a boat. Vessels may be parked at the designated dock space (marked in RED) at the guest's own risk, and trailers can be parked on the empty side of the dock lot. Please avoid parking or driving on the grass. Water and shore power are available at an additional cost; guests must provide their own power supply cord. There is no launch ramp on the property; guests using trailers must use a nearby launch ramp (Caribbean Club is recommended, with a small fee).
Age requirement: must be 25 or older to rent. No unauthorized events or parties are allowed.
Children under 12 y/o not permitted due to liability issues, any child 12 y/o or older, including visiting children, must be under continuous adult supervision due to the waterfront location and pool.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Security camera details: Located on ground level, pointed to the road and the canal from property.
Payment failure verbiage for Policy
❗️To secure your reservation, a valid payment method must be on file and successfully processed according to the payment schedule. In the event of a payment failure (e.g., declined card, bank hold, or expired credentials), guests will be notified via the booking platform and/or email.
Guests are granted a 48-hour grace period from the time of notification to resolve the issue or provide an alternative payment method.
For arrivals scheduled within 72 hours, this grace period is reduced to 8 hours.
Failure to resolve payment issues within these timeframes may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the reopening of the calendar to other guests.
Furniture - Please replace any moved furnishings to the original positions. (There will be a fee of up to $150 if housekeeping needs to moving any furnishings)
