"The photos have now been changed but were not a good representation of the property. There was no bar area to purchase a cold drink after a long day. The hallways etc were dated. Unloading a car was difficult since all the parking at the front of the hotel is taken. Hotel parking is approx 1.5 blocks away. The room was nice and the balcony looks over the ferry docks. "We booked Blue Hug Apartment expecting comfort and good service, but it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The listing promised a daily housekeeper — this was a complete lie. In reality, the housekeeper came only once every 3 days. During our stay, we didn’t even have basic necessities like towels or toilet paper. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and the shower head was placed so low that only small children could use it comfortably. The room was extremely small, with no hangers to store clothes. Overall, the property description was misleading, the service was poor, and the lack of basic amenities made everything worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
