Learn about the town's past at historic Kemp Calaboose, or for those looking to enjoy the outdoors, George Watts Memorial Park is less than six miles away.

There's plenty of room to spread out in the single-story house designed as an entertainer's haven with an open concept and large gathering spaces. The sunken living room will be the activity center with its overstuffed sectional and cozy fireplace with brick surround. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning for maximum comfort and a private washer/dryer so you can pack light.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, sad house

Great location and water access. That's the only nice thing I have to say about this house. upon arrival the side door we went in had a screen door that the glass was broken out of and there were glass shards still around the outside of the door. the dishes were still in the dish washer along with having to rewash all dished we used prior to use as there were unclean. the leather on the couch all peeling off leaving stains, pieces on our cloths and all over the floor. spider webs all over the house along with a spider in the window above the sink.
