Perfect stay!

Janet is a Terrific Host!

This may have been the best VRBO experience we have had. Janet communicated with us proactively and completely, a model of how it should be done. And the tone of communications was so welcoming. The setting was wonderful, the kitchen well-equipped, the furnishings were comfortable, as was the outdoor space. Wonderful!

Family trip to Dallas area

It was in a quiet community but close enough to go into Dallas for a football game and to get out to do other things. The house was comfortable and big enough for us all to be at the table together, play games, and watch tv. Our host Janet was great.

We had another wonderful stay

This was our second time staying at this property and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a vacation with our grandchildren. It was just like having a lake home as a second home with everything needed. Janet took really good care of us and let us know what was provided, where the stores were to get food or items we forgot to bring, and some attractions while we were staying. This was more of a business trip as we are relocating to the area. We would definitely recommend this place and are looking forward to staying again when family comes to visit.

Convenient location

We were looking for a place to stay between Dallas and Corsicana. Kemp was equal distance from both. We enjoyed the serenity of the lake. We were able to explore Canton, Seven Points, Tool, and Rockwall and got great recommendations from the owner on places to eat. We also rented kayaks one day. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed having coffee every morning on the screened in porch that looked out on the lake.

Perfect getaway for the family

We had a wonderful stay! We wanted a short getaway with the family and the place was perfect. It had everything we needed. Janet was great and made contact with me shortly after booking and was very helpful even up until after we checked-in. They had plenty of games available for our family to play in the evenings after coming back from a day on the lake. It was really relaxing and exactly what we needed.

So much more than we expected

We wanted to visit Cedar Creek Reservoir for the purpose of looking for a new home and we wanted to experience what it might be like to live there. This property was perfect! The home was well equipped and comfortable. It sat right across the street from the lake, with beautiful views from the screened in porch. There was access to a covered pier for fishing and enjoying the breezes off the lake in the evening. The property owner was amazing and very responsive. She provided information on the area, where to eat, ideas on what to do, new housing divisions being built, everything. As we continue our home search, we will continue to rent this home when in this area.
