Bit unfair to single out one person from the group of staff who were all very professional and super friendly BUT the Check in lady on Saturday morning 24th January was exceptional, an absolute credit to Scandic. In regards amenities, we had 2 rooms and they were clean and met our needs for our stay in Kemi. We also ate in the Bistro and found the service and food to be very good.

Time travel to the 80's

All worn out, hopefully there will be courage to refurbish or rebuild. Tourism in Kemi really needs modern accommodation.

Hotellet har inte renoverats på länge, taket i vårt hotellrum var ojämnt och såg ut som att det var på väg att falla in. I toaletten fanns det hår på väggen efter tidigare besökare, ofräscht. Korridoren luktade urin. Frukosten var bra, och sängen okej. Men vi kommer inte besöka detta hotell igen.

Rummet var extremt extremt varmt, det gick inte att sänka värmen. Var tvungen att ha fönstret öppet hela natten men det hjälpte inte istället fick vi även mycket ljud in i rummet. Vi sov inte mycket denna natt. Dessutom hittade vi silverfiskar på toaletten.

L'hotel Scandic Kemi ha una comoda posizione, facile da raggiungere e con parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. É situato in una zona tranquilla da dove si può uscire per fare una passeggiata in città oppure lungo il mare. Il personale é molto disponibile e gentile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni necessitá. Ottima e varia la colazione, con angolo separato per le proposte senza glutine e un'attenzione particolare per i bambini. Le stanze ampie e comode, sono dotate del necessario ed immacolate. Buone tende oscuranti per favorire il riposo degli ospiti nei mesi estivi.

Pariskunta matkalla

Huone iso ja mukava, parisängyn koko 140 cm yllätti (luki näköjään kuvauksessa, mutta oli mennyt itseltä ohi.) Sauna oli hyvä huoneessa, mutta käytävämelu kuului suoraan huoneeseen ja herätti aamuulla.
