"Property is beautiful. All amenities are either on site or a shuttle bus away (pool). There is no onsite washing machine but there is laundry service for a few. Restaurant food was amazing. All you can eat crab legs and sashimi for dinner. A little pricy but it would be the cost of any all you can eat. If you are a hotel guest then you get 10% off of restaurant prices. The First Lady coffee shop has been discontinued."

"Clean room. Staff was helpful but location is not in downtown. But it’s next to the night market. Breakfast was ok."

"Very near cruise terminal, can walk to it with luggage. Free breakfast hit the spot if you are Asian. We stayed there twice already. Will go again if cruise in keeling port of call."

"Even though the location was not in the middle of tourestie places transortation was good. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Internal corridor to the Bank and the Supermarket were super. Especially when raining. Early check In & Late check Out werevery reasonable and very helpful. Front staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here on my next visit Thank you."

"All the staff (the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the dining room staff), were quite friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean and looked new. Bathroom had a lot of storage space and the shower was awesome with a huge showerhead that felt like a rainfall. It also had a separate handheld piece which was convenient. The toilet was separate from the sink and the shower which was a bit strange. Hotel has free laundry facilities, however, washer and dryer took hours especially if you had...
