For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. "Great stay and amazing staff. Rooms were extremely hot on arrival and no way to regulate heating bar leaving the door open all night. It resolved by night two after leaving windows/doors open all day. Room was directly above pool and sauna area which probably didn’t help."

"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "
