Furnished to a high standard and stylishly furnished, the Alma holiday apartment boasts an exclusive location directly on the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury. The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing boats entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The idyll of the Schlei nature reserve offers closeness to nature and a break away from everyday life.



The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll.



Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the large flat-screen TV in the living room.



The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen with WMF electrical appliances leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. The balcony invites you to relax with fold-back reclining chairs or to enjoy an evening barbecue with a Weber grill.



The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom is equipped with a box-spring double bed and an additional flatscreen TV for a restful night's sleep. Another full-size bed (160 x 200 cm) is available on the comfortable box-spring sofa in the living room.



This is a holiday apartment on the first floor. Behind the house there is a private car parking space and a shared bicycle shed.



Our favourite spot: simply lean back on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful view of the water.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
