Here, you can enjoy the convenience of a beautiful pool just a few steps from your private lanai. Begin each and every day of your dream vacation with fabulous ocean views or breathtaking sunrises. There's even a sandy beach to stroll and discover.

The unit is comfortable and tastefully decorated for peaceful evenings at home. Yet it's within an easy walking distance to nearby shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Lani Kai is centrally located on the island so you can plan your days with shopping or sightseeing adventures. Whether you journey to Ke'e Beach on the north shore or Polihale Beach on Kauai's west side, you'll appreciate being in the center of it all.

Activities nearby: Swimming, sandy beaches, hiking, boating, golf. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Helicopter rides, luaus and a leisure drive to many adventures on the north and south shores.

Beautiful place with a great view

The place a great. Lots of space and quiet! The interior is dated and could definaitly do with a reno but overall it has been a great place to stay. Would come again

Beautiful setting, like a movie set

The large condo came with every single thing one could need including fully equipped kitchen. We loved the ocean views from the unit and walking out on the patio onto the luxurious lawn. Very quiet place except for the Kauai roosters which are all over the island! They just added to the charm and great memories.

Overall Excellent!

The location of this property was fabulous for us - gorgeous view of the ocean, easy access to pool, lovely property. The space was large, and the kitchen full of all the essentials for easy cooking, beach gear there if you need. Also loved this this property was on the east side of the island if you like to explore. About an hour to the north, and an easy 20 minutes to go south. Would absolutely come back to this exact property if visiting the island. Highly recommend!

Great location for ocean views

Location was great. We loved proximity to ocean and pool. Lanai was private, outdoor furniture was tired and uncomfortable. Interior was much darker than photos showed. Bathrooms are in need of a total redo.

A little piece of Heaven.

Kauai Realty made the arrival process very easy. Our condo had such a beautiful view n so close to pool n beach. The landscape was magnificent, the pool was well kept on a daily basis by Kenneth who was so friendly. Danielle worked in the main office n was so friendly n accommodating. The patio had its own private area, where you didn’t feel like you were too close to neighbors. The condo was so comfortable as home and had everything you could think of and more. It had anything you would need for the beach. My husband and I are hoping to now stay at this property on a yearly tradition.

Perfect location for travel all around Kauai.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location for our home base for all of our travels around the island. Beautiful grounds and a nice condo. It was nothing fancy, but we didn't travel to Kauai for the condo. We have already looked to see if it's available again in August!

Perfection Found!

Lani Kai 112 was the perfect location to enjoy the sun, the pool, the beach right from our patio! Loved the saltwater pool so very much! It was the most relaxing spot we’ve found on Kauai!

The Property (Lanikai) is in the middle of everything. All short distance to walk or drive going to shopping, & dining. The compound is very quiet and well kept. we felt safe even in the middle of the night. Our Unit 112 is the best spot to the beach from our lanai we can see the ocean (with our breakfast and dinner ) the view of the ocean is beautiful. We can access the beach too from our unit. Clean & well kept property. All appliances were in working condition & we felt safe during our entire stay (5 nights). We can recommend this place to our family & friends :)

The VRBO ad doesn't do this property justice. It is beautiful, comfortable and perfect for us.

We stayed in Waikiki for 5 days to attend a wedding, this property was a much needed and appreciated reprieve. Comfortable, well located, easy access to the ocean, all around perfect for us.

Like a movie set

Simply gorgeous location, steps from the pool and beach. Awesome beaches just a short walk down the beach. Plenty of beach supplies like chairs and towels available. Furniture and rooms were a little outdated but the apartment was spotless. Highly recommend this property.

Great Property, Awesome Views/Beach Access

This unit was very nice and I would definitely stay again! Right on the beach/ocean front AND included a pool for the days when the waves were too busy. Since the ocean is backed by vacation properties, the water was fairly empty even though post-Covid travel was high for Hawaii. Essentials and more were provided. Things I had pre-purchased like sun screen, insect repellent for hikes, etc. were alerady available. And there were plenty of beach towels and beach accessories /floaties for activities. The only down side is not the unit itself, but 1st floors tend to hear everythign above them and the children upstairs definitely had midnight adventures as they ran back and forth through the unit. But outside of that, being able to slide open your patio door and walk on the softest grass a few steps to the pool and beach were just icing on the cake. If you're considering this property, definitely do it. I noticed there are other units listed as rentals and while they have balconies, appears as if they needed to walk towards the back of the building to get to the pool/ocean.

Great locatipn

My wife and I just like to relax and listen and watch the ocean. This was the perfect placce. On top of that the location is close to everything. Prineville and Hanalei to the north, Poipu and Waimea to the south, and everything in between are all easy to access.

Great Location

The location was top notch and the unit was well stocked. The unit itself was like walking into the early 1980's. It needs to be updated badly. I stayed at Lani-Kai last visit at a different condo and it was updated. I enjoyed my stay in this unit. The next customer will have beach chairs vintage 2019, as we elected to go to Costco and buy chairs instead of using the 1986 models. My overall impression was positive but would have liked to see a little modernization.

What a view!

Very nice condo, the view from the lanai was beautiful. This property is centrally located on Kauai. The pictures and listing information were very accurate. My wife and I would definitely come back.

Paradise awaits

Beautiful ocean front condo, super quiet community, clean pool, clean bbq. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Pictures do not do this condo justice. 2 powder rooms, washer/ dryer, huge master tub. All linens,towels, super comfortable bed. Couch bed in living room. Hear the ocean all day and night. Would highly recommend and will come back again! Mahalo!

Great location, quiet, unit stocked very good, warm saltwater pool, wonderful bed and pillows. Centralized to everything on the island. Bath rooms needed upgrades (tub and shower, raise counters).

Lovely setting, excellent deal

Setting is beautiful, on a quiet semi-private bay with great view. First floor so very convenient. Smaller condom complex, very clean, intimate. Ideally located on the east coast with good access to sunny southern beaches and to dramatic northern scenery.

Fantastic!

We were very impressed with the condo and property. Loved the ground floor for easy access to pool, BBQ and beach. Condo was great with a very Hawaiian feel, very roomy and well equipped. Property was kept up extremely well, beautifully landscaped. Great central location for a lot of activities. We will be back!
