"Really enjoyed the 2-night stay here. Lovely lake, lovely surroundings, and the grilled lake tilapia delicious. Be careful using google maps, as it may guide you to a grazing field with no exit."

"Service was impecable and the place nothing short of amazing. My hiking boots broke, they noticed and Sam offered to fixed them and they were line new. Oscar at the bar is a class act."

"The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel"
