"Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. "We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. "The facilities seem old, but overall I was highly satisfied. Above all, this is the only place where we can see Seagiria Rock from the pool, so it is hard to change anything. If I had to pick one complaint, I wish they had prepared slippers in the room."

"Ekho was a great place to stay, a fabulous location in easy reach of the Lion Rock fortress. The rooms are comfy, the food good and in easy reach of other bars and restaurants. "

"Loved our stay at Eden Garden whilst visiting the cultural triangle. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were excellent. Helped us organise trips in the area (Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Eco-park safari) as well as onward transport to our next destination. Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was served with a smile and tasted amazing. Highly recommend rice and curry (various choices), served with different vegetable side dishes and sambal. We didnt feel the need to dine anywhere...

"I loved the onsite Loris walk at night. The staff were also very friendly. "

"Great hotel in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed longer. The pools looked fantastic and well cleaned. We had an excellent meal, and then played pool on the table next to the bar! The hotel is trying hard to be eco, and we had a very interesting bathroom surrounded by plants in the shower, and an open air roof - covered by mesh to stop anything nasty getting in! We watched a fantastic sunset whilst drinking cocktails. Very memorable. Staff were lovely."
