"Very conveniently located at the Kuching Waterfront. It can get noisy because of festivities at the nearby temple including drums and firecrackers. There are a lot of stairs especially if you stay on the second floor and no elevators. It’s a historic property so it lacks the amenities of a hotel. For short stays up to a week."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Kuching. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. From the reception counter to the front entrance, the staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that some noise from the ongoing renovation works could occasionally be heard. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Pullman Kuching, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the staff."

"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "
