"Nice pool, but if it was busier or warmer they might need more chairs. Room was clean and big. Elevators were efficient. Breakfast was included, clean area, excellent staff, great selection. Shuttle service to the cruise terminal came to the hotel and cheap. Great location- 2 blocks from target. "

"We rented out three places, Bayview with a kitchen and a balcony, and we loved it! The only disappointment was that we requested that the three of us be close our at least on the same floor because the three of us are elderly. They said they would do the their best and really indicated they probably could make that happen but it didn’t and we were disappointed. We were on three separate floors the ninth the 12th and the 14th, so it was really hard for all of us to get together and have a drink together in one of the rooms or whatever. That was the only negative."

"A true Boutique Hotel where you see the same friendly faces day to day and want to spend time there. The location is perfect to walk around to all of the great shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove, but definitely enjoy Bellini and the Creperie in house!"
