Their proximity makes them ideal for several families and their relatives to stay together. The living area with the comfortably furnished living room with Smart TV, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen is located on the second floor, so you can enjoy the view of the water all day long. From the living room, you can access the spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture and two sun loungers. There is also a utility room with a sink on the second floor. The bedrooms, bathrooms, a separate WC and a second utility room with washing machine, dryer and sink are located on the first floor.



The homeowner has thought of all kinds of extra facilities for a complete vacation. There are various board games and toys in the living room. The garden with gas barbecue is child-friendly with artificial grass, a swing and a trampoline, which is shared with the neighboring villa.
