"I found Centra Hotel Zurich online and decided to book it after reading the positive reviews. A week later, I returned and stayed for one more night, which says a lot about how much I enjoyed my first stay. The property is very clean, quiet, and ideal for a good night’s sleep. My room was spacious and had a balcony, and the hotel is conveniently located not far from downtown Zurich. The host came to the room to check on the air conditioning but couldn’t do much!"

"The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again."

"Clean, modern rooms that are spacious. Challenge finding the property, as it is located in a multi-business building. It is located less than 9km to the Zurich Airport, so very convenient location for prior to a morning flight departure. I'd suggest that the hotel provide more detailed address and parking instructions with reservations. The hotel entrance is on the same level as the Burger King in the building. The Burger King is very easy to spot from the main road."

"Perhaps most important: the room description is inaccurate. It says there is a hob/stove in the room and there is not. Nor is there a fridge. The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. They use perfumed detergent or dryer sheets so all linens have a strong smell. Since I'm not used to this it made it difficult for me to fall asleep. There is extensive construction going on courtyard side, and as of Jan. 2026...

"Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Winterthur erreichbar. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist im Preis sogar das Kinoprogramm enthalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, einzig die Hafermilch hat gefehlt, aber selbst die wurde dann auf Wunsch hingekzaubert."
